ProPlayers is undergoing the construction of a professional organizational structure. Taking charge of the operational activities is Jakub Chmiel, who has been working for the agency and earning the trust of its owners for the past several years.
ProPlayers in the last few years has facilitated numerous esports transfers in popular titles such as CS:GO, League of Legends, Valorant, and FIFA23. The agency has successfully secured contracts for players with top esports organizations in Europe and the United States. With each passing quarter, ProPlayers continues to expand its portfolio of supported players, leading to the growth of the agency’s personnel structure.
Jakub Chmiel joined ProPlayers as a CS:GO agent. He rapidly acquired the necessary skills to independently handle processes related to player contracts, marketing agreements, and negotiation on behalf of the players.
“Our mission is to foster the development of both players and our agents. Jakub has received full support and trust from the agency’s owners, and he has utilized it to its fullest extent. Today, we want to set a new goal for him as the head of our operational activities. We believe that Jakub will be an effective leader for our team of agents,” stated Krzysztof Kubicki, CEO of ProPlayers.
“I am honored to be entrusted with this new role. It was always my goal to provide great care to the players since the beginning of my work as an agent, and the mission hasn’t changed. I’ll focus to develop our services to provide the best support possible to our players and coaches” – said Jakub Chmiel, new General Manager of ProPlayers.
ProPlayers is proud to announce that it concluded the year 2022 with positive financial balance. The exceptional financial performance underscores ProPlayers’ commitment to delivering exceptional results for both its players and stakeholders. With this strong foundation, ProPlayers is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory and set new industry benchmarks in the coming years.
